JOHN T. GERHART, JR.
John has practiced commercial litigation since 1996. He represents companies and individuals in a wide array of business disputes. On behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, John practices in federal and state courts and in various arbitration forums throughout the country. Prior to starting Gerhart Law, PLLC, John spent 28 years at two major US law firms, Jenkens & Gilchrist, PC and Hunton Andrews Kurth, LLP. John has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation each year since 2021 and in D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas for 2025.
Before entering private practice, after attending college on a military scholarship, John served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generalʼs Corps.

Grayson is Of Counsel to Gerhart Law, PLLC and has 14 years of commercial litigation experience. He has represented clients on both sides of the aisle, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He previously worked at a major US law firm, Hunton Andrews Kurth, LLP. Graysonʼs practice mostly consists of complex business disputes, class action litigation, and deceptive trade practices. Before entering private practice, Grayson served as a law clerk for Honorable Micaela Alvarez, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.

Janine is a Senior Paralegal with 30 years of experience in commercial litigation matters. She has substantial experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial investigation through all phases of discovery, trial preparation, trial, and appeal. She has provided first-chair assistance in numerous arbitrations, jury and bench trials across the country. Janine is proficient with many of the current e-discovery management tools and document repositories.
